Celebrity Fashions AGM approves 10% dividend

Celebrity Fashions Ltd has announced that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 14, 2006, inter alia, have also approved the declaration of 10% dividend on every Equity Share of Rs 10/- each on the paid up share capital of the Company.
