Fire incident at The Ruby Mills Ltd's Dhamni Factory

There was a fire at one of the sheds at Dhamni Factory near Khopoli today morning. The fire was doused and a few looms/equipment were damaged.

The Company is yet to ascertain the quantum of damage. However the impact of the fire in operations is not expected to have any material bearing on the production and the projected profitability. The estimated losses are adequately covered by insurance. The operations at the plant are not affected.

Shares of RUBY MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.163 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 160. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1140 in over 81 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 164 and intraday low of 157.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 183653.
