Gillanders Arbuthnot and Company Limited enters into MoU for sale of Tengapani Tea Estate

Gillanders Arbuthnot and Company Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for sale of its Tengapani Tea Estate in Assam on 23rd November, 2020.

The consideration to be received from the above sale will be Rs. 15.90 Crores plus value of current assets net of current liabilities as on date of completion of sale.

Shares of GILLANDERS ARBUTHNOT & CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.34.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1415 in over 24 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 36.3 and intraday low of 33.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 48173.
