ICRA reaffirms, upgrades ratings of Canara Bank's bonds

ICRA (Rating Agency) has reaffirmed / upgraded the ratings for the following Bond Instruments as under:

Basel III Tier II Bonds - Rs. 7900.00 crore - [ICRA]AA+ (hyb)(Stable); reaffirmed, removed from Watch with Developing Implications and Stable outlook assigned.

Basel III Addition Tier I Bonds - Rs. 1500.00 crore - [ICRA]AA(hyb)(Stable); upgraded from [ICRA]AA-(hyb)&, removed from Watch with Developing Implications and Stable outlook assigned.

Shares of CANARA BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.93.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 371072 in over 2284 trades.
