Adani Enterprises Ltd raises Rs. 34.30 crores through NCDs

Adani Enterprises Ltd has raised Rs. 34.30 Crores (Rupees Thirty Four Crores and Thirty Lakhs only) today i.e. 19th November, 2020 by allotment of 343 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Principal Protected Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures ("MLD") of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each on private placement basis.

The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited.

Shares of ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.385.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 394.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 542680 in over 5746 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 398.2 and intraday low of 378.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 212316874.
