Apollo Hospitals signs Joint Venture Agreement with DKV

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has announced that Dr. Prathap C Reddy, Chairman of the Apollo Hospitals Group signed the Joint Venture Agreement with Deutsche Krankenversicherung AG (DKV) on October 11, 2006 to invest 20% of the equity capital of the proposed Joint Venture Company to carry on health insurance operations in India.
