Bajaj Healthcare Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.25 and special dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Bajaj Healthcare Ltd at its meeting held today, have declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.25/- and Special Dividend Rs. 0.50/- per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company.

The Interim Dividend and Special Dividend shall be paid on or before December 15, 2020 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, 1st December, 2020 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Bajaj Healthcare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.468 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 456.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40402 in over 1103 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 484.55 and intraday low of 456.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19121894.
