GTPL Hathway Limited has sold its entire stake in GTPL Space City Pvt Ltd

GTPL Hathway Limited has sold its entire 61.50% stake in GTPL Space City Private Limited ("GTPL Space City") on November 18, 2020. Consequently, GTPL Space City has ceased as subsidiary of the Company.

The consideration received from this sale is Rs 18,74,520/- (12,300 Equity Shares at Rs 152.40/- per share having face value of Rs. 10/- each).

Shares of GTPL Hathway Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.124.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43751 in over 771 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 124.85 and intraday low of 112.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5302550.
