Wipro Ltd fixes Dec 11, 2020 as record date for buyback

The Board of Directors and Shareholders have approved the proposal of Wipro Ltd to buyback up to 23,75,00,000 (Twenty Three Crores Seventy Five Lakhs only) fully paid-up equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two only) each at a price of Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only) per equity share.

The Company has fixed Friday, December 11, 2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and the names of equity shareholders who are eligible to participate in the buyback.

Shares of WIPRO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.345.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 348.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 316331 in over 7840 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 351.55 and intraday low of 341.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 109170516.
