Delhi High Court passes ex-parte order in shares allotment by Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd

Subsequent to the allotment of the shares in the Board meeting of Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd on 17th November, 2020 and the announcement made by the company in the morning of 17th November, 2020, the Company has received an ex-parte order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, which has stopped further processing in this matter, till the date of next hearing which is on 8th December, 2020.

The company is confident of resolving the matter.

Shares of GANESH BENZOPLAST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.65.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 67.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 173384 in over 859 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 68 and intraday low of 64.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11351212.
