Harrisons Malayalam AGM approves Rs.1 Dividend

Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has announced that the members at the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of Re 1.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2006 on the equity shares of the Company.
