Shri Dinesh Mills AGM approves 20% dividend

Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd has announced that the members at the 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 20/- per equity shares on equity shares of Rs 100/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
