NATCO Pharma Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of NATCO Pharma Ltd has approved the declaration of second interim dividend of Rs.3 (Rupees three only) per equity share of Rs.2/- each for the financial year 2020-21. The date for taking a record of its shareholders eligible for the purpose of payment of interim dividend i.e. Record date is fixed for 25th November, 2020.

The payment of the said interim dividend will start from 2nd December, 2020.

Shares of NATCO PHARMA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.897.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 880.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9487 in over 1071 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 903.55 and intraday low of 873.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8467274.
