Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 4

The board of directors of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd have declared Interim Dividend of Rs 4.00/- (Rupees Four only) per share i.e. @ 40% per fully paid up equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21.

The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Friday, November 20, 2020. The Interim Dividend shall be paid to those shareholders whose names are appearing in the register of members or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owner of the shares on the Record Date. The interim dividend will be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.
