Maan Aluminium Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Maan Aluminium Ltd has declared the Interim Dividend of Re. 1 (10%) per equity share for the financial year 2020-2021.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, November 20, 2020 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of MAAN ALUMINIUM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.75.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 77.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10250 in over 252 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 80 and intraday low of 74.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 782835.
