Sonata Software Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Sonata Software Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 6th November, 2020 have declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.00 per share for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Record date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend will be on Thursday, 19th November, 2020.

Shares of SONATA SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.331.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 339.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31633 in over 1591 trades.
