IOL Chemcials & Pharmaceuticals Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of IOL Chemcials & Pharmaceuticals Ltd at its meeting held on November 06, 2020, has declared the Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- (Rupees four only) per share i.e. @ 40% per fully paid up equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21.

The board has fixed the 18th November 2020 as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of Shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend shall be paid to those shareholders whose names are appearing in the register of members or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owner the shares on the Record Date. The said interim dividend shall be credited/ dispatched to the shareholders by 5th December 2020 i.e. within 30 days from the date of declaration.
