Meera Industries Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Meera Industries Ltd in its meeting held today, i.e. on Friday, 06th November 2020 has declared interim dividend @ Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-2021.

20th November, 2020 has been fixed as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the interim dividend declared by the Board of Directors for the financial year 2020-21.
