Acrow India AGM approves 10% dividend

Acrow India Ltd has announced that the members at the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of the Dividend at 10% on equity shares of Rs 10/- each i.e. 1/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2006.
