Container Corporation of India Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of Container Corporation of India Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend for FY 2020-21 of 60% i.e. Rs.3/- per equity share of face value of Rs.5/- each amounting to Rs.182.79 crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend has been fixed as 19-11-2020. The Interim dividend will be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or after 24-11-2020. The payment of dividend will be made within 30 days of its declaration.

Shares of CONTAINER CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.406.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 397.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43680 in over 1892 trades.
