Jubilant Life Sciences Limited approves issue of NCDs for Rs. 100 crore

The Board of Directors of Jubilant Life Sciences Limited has, at its meeting held today, approved issuance of Secured Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) upto an amount of Rs. 100 Crore on private placement basis. The Board meeting commenced at 1.00 p.m. and concluded at 3:15 p.m.

Shares of JUBILANT LIFE SCIENCES LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.706.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 696.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21788 in over 1611 trades.
