Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Ltd Board to consider Bonus Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Ltd will be held on Tuesday, the 10th November, 2020, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 and also to consider the proposal for issue of Bonus Shares.
