Tata Teleservices Right Issue Committee Meeting on Oct 13, 2006 to decide on terms

Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 13, 2006, inter alia, to:

1. Fix the price for issue of equity shares of Rs 10/- each.

2. Fix the entitlement ratio for issue of equity shares on rights basis, and

3. Fix the record date for the issue of shares on a rights basis as above.
