PNB Gilts Ltd board to consider Q2 results, interim dividend on Nov 10, 2020

A Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 10th day of November, 2020, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2020.

The board will also consider the proposal for declaration of interim dividend for the financial year ending 31st March, 2021.

The record date for the purpose of interim dividend 2020-21, if declared by the Board in its meeting to be held on 10th November, 2020, shall be 19-Nov-2020.
