Rain Industries Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1 for CY2020

The Board of Directors of Rain Industries Ltd at their meeting held on Friday, the October 30, 2020, has declared an Interim dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share i.e., 50% on a face value of Rs.2/- per equity share fully paid up for the Financial Year ending on December 31, 2020.

The board has fixed November 11, 2020 as record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible for receipt of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year ending December 31, 2020.

Shares of Rain Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.106.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 103.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 157795 in over 3359 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 108.4 and intraday low of 102.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16810301.
