Amber Enterprises India Ltd board to consider Q2FY21 results on Nov 7, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Amber Enterprises India Ltd is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 7 November 2020, to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2020.

The board will also consider any other matter brought before the Board, with the kind consent of the chair.
