A meeting of the Board of Directors of Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 4th November 2020, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results or the Company for the second quarter/half year ended 30/09/2020, the Board will also consider declaration of an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2020-2021.
