Laurus Labs Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of Laurus Labs Ltd in their meeting held on October 29, 2020 have approved for the payment of interim dividend of Rs. 0.80/- ( 40%) per equity share of Rs.2/each, for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Company has fixed "November 11, 2020" as "Record Date" for determining the eligibility of the Shareholders. The Dividend amount will be paid on or after November 19, 2020.
