GTPL Hathway Ltd acquires additional 10% stake in GTPL Bansidhar Telelink Pvt Ltd

GTPL Hathway Limited has acquired 10% additional equity shares of GTPL Bansidhar Telelink Private Limited, Subsidiary of the Company on October 27, 2020.

GTPL Bansidhar continues to remain subsidiary of the Company with 61% holding.

Shares of GTPL Hathway Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.119.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 118.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13262 in over 537 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 121.35 and intraday low of 117. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1582378.
