Rushil Decor Limited board to consider initiating receipt of call money from partly paid shareholders

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Rushil Decor Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday the 31st day of October, 2020, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2020.

The board will also consider initiating the process for receipt of Call Money from the shareholders who have subscribed to the Right Issue and to fix the record date for the same.
