Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited in their Meeting held today, have declared interim dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2020-21.

The record date for interim dividend for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders shall be Wednesday, November 4, 2020. Interim dividend shall be paid to the shareholders on or before Saturday, November 21, 2020.

Shares of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.287 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 284.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11149 in over 601 trades.
