The name of the Company has been changed from 'Tanla Solutions Limited' to 'Tanla Platforms Limited' with effect from October 22, 2020 by virtue of Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to Change of Name issued by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, Telangana on October 22, 2020.
