Sagar Cements Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2 for FY20-21

The Board of Directors of Sagar Cements Ltd, at their meeting held on today, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.2.00 per share (20%) for the financial year 2020-21 on the 2,35,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the company and fixed 4th November 2020, as the Record Date for the purpose.

Shares of SAGAR CEMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.688.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 672.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10035 in over 913 trades.
