Mukta Arts signs Rs.22 Crores contract with Zee Tele for satellite rights

Mukta Arts Ltd. has announced that the Company i.e. Mukta Arts Ltd., has contracted with Zee Tele Films Limited for assignment of Satellite rights in respect of the Company's film library (12 Films), for a period of five years w.e.f. February 26, 2007 for a consideration of Rs.22 crores. The same would be accounted for in the quarter Jan - March 2007.
