GMM Pfaudler Ltd Board approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1 for FY2021

The Board of Directors of GMM Pfaudler Ltd at its meeting held on October 21, 2020 has approved a 2nd interim dividend of Re. 1.00 per share of 14,617,500 equity shares of INR 2 each (Equity Share), aggregating to INR 14,617,500 for the year 2020-21.

The board also fixed October 29, 2020 as the record date for the payment of interim dividend and payment of such dividend of INR 1/- per Equity Share, on or before November 18, 2020.

Shares of GMM PFAUDLER LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3591.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3612.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9098 in over 3054 trades.
