Sasken Technologies Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of directors of Sasken Technologies Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs.10 (100%) per equity share of Rs.10 each.

Thursday, October 29, 2020 is fixed as the Record Date to ascertain the list of shareholders eligible for the aforesaid interim dividend to be paid on or before November 19, 2020.
