Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd Board to consider Q2 results & Interim Dividend on October 29, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd is scheduled to be held on October 29, 2020, to consider the approval of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2020.

The board will consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21, if any.

The board will also consider approval of periodical resource mobilisation plan for issuance of securities viz. redeemable nonconvertible debentures ('NCDs')/subordinated debentures, bonds or any other permissible instrument on private placement basis in tranches.
