Colgate-Palmolive India Ltd board declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 18

The Board of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited at their meeting held today, has declared a first interim Dividend of Rs. 18/- (Rupees Eighteen Only) per equity share of Re.1/- (face value) for the financial year 2020-21.

The Record Date for the said interim dividend is Monday, November 02, 2020. The said interim dividend will be paid on and from November 17, 2020 to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as of November 02, 2020.

Shares of COLGATE-PALMOLIVE (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1464 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1477.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46735 in over 3058 trades.
