CRISIL Ltd Board declares Third Interim Dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of CRISIL Ltd at its meeting held on October 20, 2020, inter alia, has approved the payment of Third Interim dividend of Rs. 7 per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2020, which will be paid on November 18, 2020.
