Mastek arm receives $32.30 million on sale of stock in Majesco USA

Mastek (UK) Limited (Material Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Mastek Limited) which was holding 20,18,192 stocks in Majesco (USA), has tendered its entire stake with the Acquirer of Majesco (USA) for cash, and has received the consideration aggregating to USD 32.30 Million on October 19, 2020.

The said amount will help Mastek (UK) Limited to drive its growth strategy and reduce the borrowings.

Shares of MASTEK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.807.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 805.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5591 in over 965 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 819.85 and intraday low of 782.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4499178.
