Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 15 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd at their meeting held today, have declared first interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21, of Rs. 15.00/- per equity share of face value of Re.1 each fully paid-up and the same shall be paid to equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of Company or in records of Depositories as beneficial owners of equity shares as on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, which is record date fixed for the said purpose.

The first interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21 will be paid/dispatched on or before Friday, November 13, 2020.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2964.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3015.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 157170 in over 3974 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3090 and intraday low of 2881.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 481341689.
