EIH Ltd allots 53,794,768 rights shares

The Rights Issue Committee of EIH Ltd, at its meeting held today, i.e., 20th October 2020, has considered and approved the allotment of 53,794,768 Rights Equity Shares at a price of ₹ 65 per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 63 per Rights Equity Share). ("Allotment").

Accordingly, pursuant to the aforesaid Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to ₹ 1,25,07,28,364.

Shares of EIH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.76.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19500 in over 309 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 76.95 and intraday low of 75.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1482494.
