Shish Industries Ltd board recommends Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of Shish Industries Ltd at its meeting held on October 19, 2020, have recommended the Issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 6:5 - i.e. 6 new fully paid Bonus Equity Shares of Rupees 10.00 each for every 5 fully paid Equity Shares of Rupees 10.00 each held as on the record date to be determined by the Board of Directors on later date.
