As per the terms of Agreement for Sale in respect of the Kasarwadi Land Parcel, Dai-ichi Karkaria Limited has on Oct 19, 2020 received further sum of Rs. 12 crores only.

The amount forms part of the total consideration to be received on the Sale of the Land Parcel.
