A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd will be held at the registered office of the Company on Thursday, the 29th October 2020, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2020 and also any other matters with the consent of the Board.
