GIC completes investment in Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd

Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd, has received the subscription amount of ₹ 5512.50 crore from Gamnat Pte. Ltd. and Lathe Investment Pte. Ltd. (GIC) and allotted in the aggregate 80,798,827 equity shares to GIC.

Shares of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2175.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2205.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 440109 in over 20807 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2232 and intraday low of 2173.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 966073229.
