Hindustan Construction Company ltd board appoints new CFO

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Construction Company ltd at its Meeting held on October 16, 2020 through video conferencing in Mumbai, have appointed Mr. Anil Kumar Chandani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. November 9, 2020 in place of Mr. Shailesh Sawa who has resigned as CFO & KMP of the Company w.e.f. July 9, 2020.

Shares of HINDUSTAN CONSTRUCTION CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.4.89 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.92. The total number of shares traded during the day was 197696 in over 358 trades.
