Rushil Decor Ltd board approves allotment of equity shares on rights basis

The Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of Rushil Decor Ltd has finalised the basis of allotment in consultation with the Lead Manager, the Registrar to the Rights issue and BSE Limited, (the Designated Stock Exchange for the Rights issue) and the Company has, at its meeting held today, i.e., October 15, 2020, approved the allotment of 49,77,111 Partly Paid-up Rights Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at price of Rs. 50 per Rights Equity Share (including premium of Rs. 40 per Rights Equity Share) to the eligible applicants.

Out of the Issue Price of Rs. 50 per Rights Equity Share, an amount of Rs. 12.5 per Rights Equity Share was received on application (of which Rs. 2.5 towards face value of Rights Equity Share and Rs. 10 towards premium amount of Rights Equity Share). The Rights Equity Shares shall be made fully paid up with subsequent calls.

Shares of RUSHIL DECOR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.90.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 81.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20920 in over 959 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 93.15 and intraday low of 81.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1888949.
