Indostar Capital Finance Ltd allots 500 debentures to A K Capital Finance ltd

The Debenture Committee of Indostar Capital Finance Ltd vide resolution dated 13 October 2020, approved allotment of 500, Series XXXIX Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Rated, Listed, Taxable Bonds in the nature of Debentures of Face Value of INR 10 lakh each, for cash, at par, aggregating to INR 50 crore to A K Capital Finance Limited on private placement basis.

Shares of Indostar Capital Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.289.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 292.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 555 in over 110 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 291.4 and intraday low of 286.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 160228.
