CSL Finance Ltd raises Rs. 10 crores

The board of directors of CSL Finance Ltd has approved the issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs.10 Crores on private placement basis through Electronic Book Mechanism.

Shares of CSL Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.228.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 230. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1811 in over 29 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 234.6 and intraday low of 216.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 400415.
